Job Description- Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Monitor project performance and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and mentor project team members to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.
- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
- Prior experience working as a project manager.
- Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
- Client-facing experience is a must.
- Software proficient (ex: procore).
- Competitive salary $115,000 to $155,000 dependent on experience.
