About Our Client
My client is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are looking to grow to about $650M in the next 5 years with growth plans implemented to achieve this.They are located in the Greater St. Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2026. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.
Job Description- Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout.
- Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.
- Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
- Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
- Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
- Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.
- Travel as necessary to job sites.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
- Prior experience working as a project manager.
- Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
- Client-facing experience is a must.
- Software proficient (ex: procore).
- Competitive salary $115,000 to $155,000 dependent on experience.
