• Schedule: 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Experience: 0 years required explicitly listed, but candidates with at least 1 year of Skilled SNF or LTC experience are preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have their own transportation, and vaccines including COVID-19 booster are required. No first-timers accepted; travel experience of 2 years is preferred.
• Submittal Requirements: Include interview availability with at least three different times/dates and the time zone, current copy of Nursys, current certifications, list any time-off requests, confirm travelers phone number, and indicate previous employment with the employer if applicable. References: Two references covering one year (or six months if CNA) within the last three years.
• Float: No floating between units unless specified, and any refusal to float may impact employment.
