Job Description
As a High-end Interior Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise all on-site interior construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries
- Maintain project schedule, quality standards, and site safety
- Ensure high-end finishes meet design specifications
- Interface with clients, architects, and designers
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as an Interiors Superintendent in NYC
- Background in high-end/luxury residential renovations
- Strong understanding of sequencing and finishes coordination
- Ability to manage tight spaces and complex logistics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
