Job Description
As a DOB Superintendent you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from excavation through turnover
- Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
- Manage project schedules, inspections, and quality control
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders
- Maintain detailed daily reports and site documentation

The Successful Applicant
A successful DOB Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on NYC ground-up residential projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB codes, permitting, and inspections
- Experience with luxury/high-end residential construction preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA certifications required (30-hour minimum)
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD.
