Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and project documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and completion.
