• Oversee day‑to‑day onsite activities for commercial interior buildouts.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, maintain schedules, and enforce safety/quality standards.
• Ensure DOB compliance, inspections, and proper documentation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project flow, resolve issues, and keep clients informed.
• Deliver clean, organized, professional jobsites that reflect company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Holds a valid NYC DOB Superintendent License.
• Strong experience supervising commercial interiors or office buildouts in Manhattan.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑driven, safety‑focused, and highly organized.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys collaborating with PMs, clients, and trade partners.
