Job Description- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on‑site construction activities
- Support coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Monitor jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Help maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Conduct site walks and assist with quality control inspections
- Coordinate site logistics for large‑scale industrial and retail builds
- Maintain daily reports, punch lists, and project documentation
- Communicate effectively with field teams and project management staff

The Successful Applicant- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Superintendent
- Exposure to light industrial (warehouses, distribution centers) or big box retail projects preferred
- Basic understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite logistics
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Strong work ethic with a desire to grow into a Superintendent role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
