Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will:
- Assist the Superintendent with daily on‑site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and field crews to maintain schedule and quality
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards
- Support inspections, punch lists, and close‑out activities
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will have:
- 4+ years of experience with a General Contractor
- Experience on projects valued at $60M+
- Background in multifamily, student housing, mixed‑use, or similar markets
- Strong understanding of field operations and construction sequencing
- Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with large project teams
