• Manage interior construction projects from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Partner with estimating during preconstruction and buyout
• Lead client communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
• Background in interior renovation and tenant improvement projects
• Experience working with small to mid-sized general contractors
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills
• Clear communicator with a hands-on, accountable approach
