Job Description
Project Focus:
- Aging infrastructure rebuilds (115kV-345kV lines)
- Reconductoring for capacity upgrades
- Structure replacement programs
- Greenfield + brownfield transmission projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed line designs using PLS-CADD
- Perform structure spotting, sag & tension calculations
- Coordinate with survey, environmental, and permitting teams
- Support construction packages and field execution
- Review vendor drawings and material specifications

The Successful Applicant
A successful Transmission Line Engineer (Rebuilds & Reconductoring) should have:
- 3-8+ years of transmission line design experience
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD required
- Experience with reconductoring or rebuild projects preferred
- PE license or working toward it
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $70 to $85 USD, based on experience.
