Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries to maintain schedule and workflow
- Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with NYC DOB regulations
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope to proactively identify issues
- Track project schedules, milestones, and progress reporting
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Ensure high-quality finishes consistent with luxury residential standards
- Conduct site meetings and inspections to ensure adherence to plans
- Manage punch lists and project closeout processes

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction
- Strong background in full gut renovations (NYC interiors highly preferred)
- Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and installation sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently
- Knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings
- Competitive base salary ($120,000 - $150,000) + performance-based bonus
