Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with all Department of Buildings (DOB) codes and regulations in Manhattan.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain construction schedules, addressing any delays or changes effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and safety logs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
